Col. (diplomat)Ann Wright
Camp Democracy Delivers War Crimes Indictment
In December of 2005 and January of 2006, a war crimes tribunal in New York City heard testimony from dozens of witnesses. Jurors included 29-year military veteran Ann Wright and former CIA analyst Ray McGovern. They announced their verdict in a press conference on Wednesday, September 13th at Camp Democracy. They then hand-delivered the verdicts to the White House and the Justice Department.

Brutality and arrest in Charlotte-petition/info LINK

(Pics from other actions and over reactions)

We have to stop this BU**SH** which has permeated throughout our goverment, and MORE is coming- it is getting WORSE!
These are pics from other peaceful rallies. Same sh** different places. NJ, NY and Greensboro, NC - are where I witnessed this crap- unjustifiable-arrest-intimidation and brutality- of course WDC and all over OUR country.
Many police persons are decent, but I think certain ones- must get some special instructions! Because sometimes this stuff seems to suddenly come out of the 'blue'.

Also a reminder;

Sir! No Sir! at the Green Bean - Greensboro

Sir! No Sir! energetically reveals the untold story of the GI movement to end the war in Vietnam.
This is the story of one of the most vibrant and widespread upheavals of the 1960s – one that had a profound impact on American society, yet has been virtually obliterated from the collective memory of that time. This hidden history combines fast-paced archival footage with thoughtful interviews, “perfectly timed with new doubts about the Iraq War” (Variety).

We need you to care enough to... link to the CALL!

Things are rolling, but if October 5th is going to be the historic day that it desperately needs to be, we need YOU to get involved and start organizing.
Bush is not even slowing down...he is escalating his fascist program. He will appear before the UN tomorrow to clear the way for an invasion (or worse) of Iran, meanwhile he has stepped up the charge toward the outright legalization of torture by US personnel. It's now or never, folks.

As a new WCW person in Asheboro said, "The time for petitions is over. I'm through signing petitions. It's time to get people out in the streets."

(-from Scott)
I still do sign petitions BTW, but obviously we need to do so much more!
